Man, I tried this last year and gave up. For how to use your pc as a telegram server, the biggest pain was the rate limiting. Telegram’s API is strict af.
If you’re gonna do it, throttle your requests and maybe use a VPN to rotate IPs. Also, systemd is your friend for keeping things running.
