"Why Does chrome proxy.http Keep Failing? Help Needed!"
Hey guys,
So I’ve been trying to set up chrome proxy.http for ages, but it keeps failing randomly. Like, one minute it works, next minute—boom—connection drops.
Anyone else facing this? I’ve tried resetting settings, restarting Chrome, even reinstalling. Nada.
Is there a trick to making chrome proxy.http stable? Or am I just cursed? 😅
Also, if you’ve got a working config, pls share! Maybe I’m missing something obvious.

Hey! Had the same issue with chrome proxy.http last week. Turns out my antivirus was blocking it silently.
Try disabling your AV temporarily to test. Also, check if your proxy provider has updated endpoints—sometimes they change IPs without notice.
If you're using free proxies, maybe switch to a paid one like Luminati or Smartproxy. Free ones are super unreliable.

Tried the DNS switch and Incognito mode—chrome proxy.http is stable now. Guess my ad blocker was messing with it.
