Hey guys, just wanna check in—anyone else noticing weird stuff with rar.bg recently?
I’ve been using it for ages, but the last few weeks, some downloads seem sketchy. Like, broken links or files that just won’t open.
Also, the pop-ups are getting *crazy* aggressive. I know it’s part of the game, but damn.
Is it still safe? Or should I start looking elsewhere?
Would love to hear if others are having the same experience or if it’s just me.

Yeah, rar.bg has been acting up for me too. Downloads keep failing halfway, and the pop-ups are insane—like 5 redirects before I can even click anything.
If you're looking for alternatives, I’ve had better luck with lrepacks.net. Less sketchy and way fewer ads. Still, always scan files with VirusTotal before opening anything shady.

I swear rar.bg got worse lately. The files either don’t extract or come with weird password prompts.
Try using JDownloader for the links—it bypasses some of the pop-up nonsense. Also, uBlock Origin is a must unless you wanna get bombarded with ads.

Same here! Thought it was just my setup, but rar.bg’s downloads are super hit or miss now.
Pro tip: Use a VPN when browsing sites like rar.bg. Some ISPs might throttle or block it.
For alternatives, check out ovagames.com. Less clutter and more reliable downloads imo.

rar.bg used to be my go-to, but lately? Nah. Broken links, fake downloads, and the ads are next-level annoying.
I switched to steamunlocked (dot) net for games. Not perfect, but way fewer headaches.
Also, Malwarebytes is your friend—scan everything!

Man, rar.bg is straight-up unusable now. Half the time, the files are corrupted or packed with malware.
If you’re into repacks, fitgirl-repacks.site is way more trustworthy. Just be patient with the downloads—they’re slow but safe.
And yeah, uBlock Origin + VPN is non-negotiable these days.

Yup, rar.bg’s quality dropped hard. I’ve had files that extract but then crash on launch.
For software, I’ve moved to getintopc.com. Less aggressive ads and actual working downloads.
Always run a sandbox like Sandboxie if you’re testing shady files. Better safe than sorry!

rar.bg’s pop-ups are like a minefield now. I clicked one by accident and got hit with a fake virus warning.
JDownloader helps, but honestly, I’m done with the site. Try dodi-repacks.site for games—way cleaner and no nonsense.
And for the love of god, disable JavaScript on these sites. Saves you from most redirects.

Gonna try lrepacks.net and fitgirl-repacks like some of you suggested. Already have uBlock Origin, but I’ll grab JDownloader too.
Quick Q: Anyone know if rar.bg’s issues are permanent or just a phase? Wondering if it’s worth checking back later.

Dude, rar.bg is a mess. Files won’t open, links die mid-download, and the ads are borderline malicious.
I’ve switched to igg-games.com for now. Not perfect, but at least the downloads work.
Also, use Brave browser—blocks most of the crap automatically.
