Hey everyone!
I’m currently juggling working with three companies using separate gmail accounts, and it can get a bit overwhelming! 😅
I’ve set up each account for different roles, but switching between them constantly can be a hassle.
I’m using the Gmail app to manage all of them, but I’m wondering if there are better ways to stay organized.
Do you guys have tips on how to effectively manage multiple Gmail accounts without losing track of important emails?

I’ve also found that scheduling a specific time to check each account helps. Instead of constantly switching, I focus on one account at a time.

Another tip is to use different labels for each company's emails. It helps to visually separate them and makes it easier to find important messages later.

If you’re using the desktop version, adding a different profile for each account in Chrome can be useful too. Each profile keeps everything separate, including bookmarks and history.

I've also started using the Gmail app's multiple account feature. You can switch between accounts without having to log out. It’s a game changer for staying organized!
