"Has anyone tried tailyogi? What’s your experience?"

Hey guys!

I keep seeing ads for tailyogi everywhere and I’m kinda curious. Looks like a mix of yoga and tail exercises (lol)? But does it actually work?

Anyone here given it a shot? How’s it for flexibility or strength? Also, is it beginner-friendly or do you need to be already fit?

Would love some real reviews before I commit. Thanks!

"Does tailyogi really help with back pain? Share your thoughts!"

Yo!

Dealing with some nagging lower back pain and stumbled on tailyogi. The before/after pics look promising, but ya know how that goes…

Has anyone here actually tried it for back issues? Did it help or just another hype thing?

Also, how long before you noticed any changes? Appreciate any honest feedback!

"What’s the best way to get started with tailyogi?"

Heyyy!

So I’m totally new to tailyogi and lowkey overwhelmed. There’s like a ton of videos and guides out there.

For those who’ve tried it—what’s the best way to start? Any tips for a noob? Should I just dive into the beginner routines or prep with something else first?

Also, how often did y’all practice to see results? TIA!

I tried tailyogi for a month after seeing all the hype. Honestly, it’s kinda fun? Like, way more engaging than regular yoga.

My flexibility improved a bit, but I didn’t notice huge strength gains. It’s def beginner-friendly though—the moves start super simple.

If you’re curious, just try their free trial. No harm in testing it out!

Yo, tailyogi saved my back pain fr. I had chronic lower back issues from sitting all day, and after 3 weeks of consistent practice, the pain reduced like 70%.

Not gonna lie, the first few sessions felt awkward, but once you get the hang of the tail movements, it’s smooth.

Highly recommend if you’re dealing with stiffness or pain.

Tailyogi is legit! I was skeptical at first, but it’s actually a great mix of yoga and functional movement.

For beginners, start with their “Foundations” playlist on YouTube. It breaks everything down step by step.

I practice 3x a week and noticed better posture within a month.

Meh, tailyogi was just okay for me. The tail stuff felt gimmicky, and I didn’t see much difference in strength.

But hey, some people swear by it. Maybe it’s just not my thing.

If you’re on the fence, maybe check out their Instagram for free clips before committing.

Tailyogi is AMAZING for mobility! I’ve been doing it for 2 months now, and my hips have never felt looser.

The key is consistency—I do it 4x a week, even if it’s just 10 mins.

For beginners, don’t rush. Take your time to learn the basics, or you might strain yourself.

LOL the tail exercises looked so weird at first, but tailyogi lowkey works.

My back pain (from lifting) got way better after a few weeks. Plus, it’s fun once you stop feeling silly.

Start slow though—some of the moves are harder than they look!

Tailyogi didn’t do much for my back pain, but it did help with overall relaxation.

I’d say it’s more of a stress-relief thing than a miracle fix.

If you’re looking for pain relief, maybe pair it with some physio exercises.

Best way to start tailyogi? Their beginner program is solid, but I’d also recommend doing some basic stretching first.

I jumped in too fast and got sore af.

Now I do it 2-3x a week and feel way more balanced.

Tailyogi is worth a shot! I noticed improvements in my core strength and flexibility after a month.

For beginners, just follow their 7-day challenge—it’s a great intro.

Don’t overthink it. Just have fun and see how your body responds.
