"Which chrome proxy extension is best for secure browsing?"
Hey guys, new here but been lurking for a bit. I’m looking for a solid chrome proxy extension that won’t slow my browsing to a crawl but still keeps things private.
Tried a couple like Hola and ZenMate, but Hola feels sketchy and ZenMate’s free version is kinda limited. Any recs?
Also, how safe are these chrome proxy tools anyway? Don’t wanna trade speed for getting my data sold lol.

I've been using Windscribe's chrome proxy extension for a while now, and it’s been solid. The free version gives you 10GB/month, which is decent for light browsing.
Speed’s pretty good, and they claim not to log your data. Plus, you can manually set up their proxy if you wanna skip the extension.
Just avoid the shady free ones—Hola’s basically a peer-to-peer network, so your IP could be used by others. No thanks!
