Yeah, google 查看搜索记录 is in your Google account activity page. Just go to myactivity.google.com and you’ll see all your past searches.

For deleted searches, try this:
1. Go to myactivity.google.com
2. Click “Trash” (if it’s there).
3. Restore what you need.
But if you cleared trash too… RIP. Maybe check browser history as a last resort?
