"Has anyone tested the stocks4 proxy checker? What were your results?"
Yo, so I’ve been digging around for a decent proxy checker, and stocks4 proxy checker keeps popping up.
But like… does it actually work? Or is it just another overhyped tool?
I tried it on a small list of 50 proxies, and tbh, it was *kinda* fast. But I’m not sure how accurate it is—some of the "working" proxies died after like 10 mins.
Anyone else run into this? Or did I just get unlucky with my list?
Also, the UI feels a bit clunky, but if it gets the job done, I’ll deal with it.
Would love to hear if others had better (or worse) luck with the stocks4 proxy checker.

I tried the stocks4 proxy checker last week, and honestly, it's hit or miss.
Speed was decent, but like you said, some proxies flagged as "good" timed out almost immediately.
If you're looking for alternatives, check out ProxyNova or ScraperAPI—they’ve been more consistent for me.
The stocks4 tool isn’t *bad*, but it’s not the most reliable either.

Stocks4 proxy checker worked fast but accuracy was shaky.
I switched to Luminati (now Bright Data) and it’s way better, tho a bit pricier.
If you’re on a budget, maybe try Proxy-Seller for smaller batches.

Man, I feel you. The stocks4 proxy checker UI is *so* outdated.
I ran 200 proxies through it and half of them failed within an hour.
Switched to Oxylabs’ checker and haven’t looked back.
Worth the extra $$ if you need stability.

Kinda surprised no one’s mentioned this—but the stocks4 proxy checker’s free version is super limited.
Paid options might be better, but I’d rather use something like Smartproxy’s checker.
Way cleaner interface and fewer false positives.

Lol, stocks4 proxy checker is like a lottery.
Sometimes it’s golden, other times it’s trash.
For a free alternative, check out ProxyScrape’s tester.
Not perfect, but at least it’s consistent.

Gonna ditch stocks4 proxy checker and test out ProxyNova and Smartproxy like some of you suggested.
Also, the Python idea sounds cool—might give that a shot too.

I’ve been using stocks4 proxy checker for a while, and yeah, it’s inconsistent.
But for quick checks, it’s alright.
If you need something beefier, try Soax or GeoSurf.
Way more reliable but $$$.

Worth the upgrade if you’re serious about proxies.
