Hey! Turning off a VPN on iPhone is super easy once you know where to look.
Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
Tap the VPN you're using and toggle the switch off.
If you don’t see it there, some VPN apps have their own toggle in the app. Just open the app and look for a disconnect button.

lol i had the same issue last week.
settings -> general -> vpn & device mgmt -> tap the vpn -> flip the switch.
or just delete the app if u dont need it anymore.
some vpns are sneaky and hide the off button in their own app tho.

ugh vpns can be so annoying sometimes.
if the settings method doesn’t work, try force-closing the vpn app.
or just restart your phone lol. that fixes it half the time.
also, if u wanna avoid this in the future, maybe use a vpn with a quick toggle widget? just a thought.

but now my vpn app keeps reconnecting… any way to stop that?

Not sure which VPN you're using, but most have a big ol' disconnect button right in the app.
For system settings:
Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > tap the VPN > toggle off.
If it’s still connected, maybe your VPN has a "kill switch" feature? Check the app settings for that.

yo i feel you, took me forever to figure this out too.
if it’s a third-party vpn, just open the app and hit disconnect.
if it’s the built-in one, go to settings -> general -> vpn & device management -> turn it off there.
sometimes it glitches tho, so restarting the phone might help.
