Hey guys, so I've seen a ton of games on Roblox that use copyrighted stuff like anime characters, Marvel skins, or even straight-up copied mechanics from other games.
But is copyright games on Roblox against TOS? Like, what’s the actual rule? I know some get taken down, but others stay up for years.
Are they just lucky, or does Roblox only act if the original company complains? Also, what’s the risk? Just a warning, or could your account get banned?
Would love some clarity cuz I don’t wanna accidentally break rules. Thanks!

Yeah, is copyright games on roblox against tos? Definitely. Roblox's rules say you can't use stuff you don't own or have permission for.
But tbh, they don't always enforce it unless someone reports it. Like, if Disney sees their Marvel skins in your game, they'll probs file a DMCA and Roblox will take it down fast.
Risk? Could be a warning, but repeat offenses might get your account banned. Better to play it safe and make original content.
