Hey folks,
Anyone here using telepoint asn? I’ve been considering switching to them for a while now, but wanna hear some real-world experiences first.
How’s the network performance? Any lag or downtime issues? I’ve heard mixed things, but tbh, it’s hard to tell what’s legit and what’s just noise.
Also, how’s their customer support? Are they quick to fix stuff if something goes sideways?
Would really appreciate any insights or even just a quick “it’s solid” or “nah, avoid it” lol.

I’ve been using telepoint asn for about 6 months now, and honestly, it’s been pretty solid.
Network performance is decent—no major lag or downtime that I’ve noticed. I’m in a mid-sized city, though, so YMMV if you’re in a more rural area.
Customer support is hit or miss. Sometimes they’re quick, other times it takes a bit. But they do eventually fix stuff.
