Hey everyone,
So, I’ve been using 9 proxy for a while now to bypass some geo-restrictions and access content that’s blocked in my region. At first, it seemed like a solid option, but lately, I’ve noticed some hiccups.
Like, sometimes it works flawlessly, and other times it’s super slow or just doesn’t connect at all. Anyone else experiencing this? I’m curious if it’s just me or if 9 proxy has been acting up for others too.
Also, how reliable do you guys find it for streaming or gaming? I’ve had mixed results, tbh. Some days it’s a lifesaver, other days it’s like... why even bother?

Yo, same here! 9 proxy has been acting up for me too. It’s weird because it was super solid when I first started using it, but lately, it’s been super laggy, especially during peak hours.
For gaming, it’s a no-go for me now. I switched to Surfshark, and it’s been way better for low latency. Maybe give that a shot if 9 proxy keeps giving you trouble.

Thanks for all the suggestions, everyone! I tried switching servers and clearing my cache like some of you mentioned, and it did help a bit. Still not perfect, but better than before.
I’m definitely going to check out some of the alternatives you guys recommended, especially NordVPN and Surfshark. Has anyone tried both? Curious which one’s better for gaming.
Also, does anyone know if 9 proxy has any plans to improve their servers? It’s such a bummer when it works great one day and then completely tanks the next.

One tip: try using it during off-peak hours. I’ve noticed it works better late at night or early in the morning. If that doesn’t help, maybe check out Windscribe. It’s been a solid alternative for me.
