My aunt recently told me that keeping track of everything during the week had become more stressful than she expected. She would make a list of errands and appointments, but by the end of the day she often felt too tired to finish everything on it. Our family didn't want to take control of her schedule, so we asked what kind of assistance she would actually find useful.
