Amaron 150Ah or 100Ah for a work van, which makes more sense? - lindsaykelly - 07-11-2026

Trying to decide between the Amaron 150Ah and the smaller 100Ah for my work van. I don't have a huge electrical load, just some tools and a cooler, but I do long days so I want something that won't let me down. I read a Top Amaron 150Ah battery buying overview that explained when the bigger capacity is actually worth it and when it's overkill, which helped me think it through, but I'd like practical input. For a van with moderate accessories, is the 150Ah worth the extra cost and weight, or is 100Ah plenty? Has anyone sized up and felt it was unnecessary, or the opposite?
