Subject: Instagram Account Banned – Who to Email to Get Appeal?

Hey guys,

So my IG account got banned outta nowhere 😩. I didn’t even violate any guidelines (at least I don’t think so?).

Does anyone know *who to email to get appeal on instagram ban*? I’ve tried the in-app forms, but no response.

Heard some ppl had luck emailing support@instagram.com or appeals@instagram.com, but idk if those still work. Any other emails or tips?

Also, how long does it usually take to hear back? This is so frustrating lol.

Ugh, been there! The in-app forms are useless sometimes. Try emailing support@instagram.com AND appeals@instagram.com—spam both lol.

Also, check out this site called "GetHuman." They have direct contact methods for IG support. No guarantees but worth a shot!

Btw, took my friend 2 weeks to get a reply, so don’t lose hope yet.

Yo, same thing happened to me last month. The key is persistence.

Email appeals@instagram.com daily (annoying but works). Also, try tweeting @Instagram or @Meta. Public shaming gets their attention.

If you’re desperate, sites like InstaSupportTools.com claim to speed up the process, but idk if they’re legit.

Honestly, IG’s support is a joke. I emailed support@instagram.com 5 times before I got a response.

Pro tip: Include your username, the date it happened, and a screenshot of the ban notice. Makes it harder for them to ignore.

Bro, I feel you. My art account got banned for no reason.

Try appeals@instagram.com but also DM @InstagramCreators on IG. They helped me faster than email.

If you’re in the US, you can file a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau). Sounds extra, but it works sometimes.

ugh instagram bans are the worst.

i heard security@instagram.com sometimes works for hacked/banned accounts. no harm in trying!

also, check out “Instagram Ban Appeal” templates online—they help word your email properly.

took me 10 days to get mine back smh.

Dude, same. Their AI is trigger-happy with bans.

Try this:

1. Email appeals@instagram.com with “URGENT: WRONGFUL BAN” in the subject.
2. Tag @Meta on Twitter daily.

Sites like InstaFix.com have guides, but beware of scams.

omg the struggle is real.

i got mine back by emailing support+appeals@instagram.com (weird combo but worked).

also, try logging in from a different device—sometimes the ban glitches and lifts.

if all else fails, create a backup account (sad but true).

Hey! I had luck with this method:

- Email appeals@instagram.com
- CC privacy@instagram.com (they handle data issues, which bans kinda are).

Found this tip on Reddit—apparently, CC’ing multiple depts speeds things up.

Also, this tool (BanAppealPro.com) auto-generates appeals, but idk if it’s worth $.

I spammed appeals@instagram.com and support@instagram.com like y’all said. Also tweeted @Instagram (no reply yet).

Quick update: I tried the GetHuman site and got a case number, so fingers crossed!

Has anyone had luck with the BBB method? Wondering if it’s worth the effort.
