Hey everyone,
I’ve been digging around for the best proxy server sites lately, but there’s so much mixed info out there. Some are crazy slow, others sketchy with privacy.
Anyone got solid recs? Looking for something that’s both fast and doesn’t log my stuff. Free or paid, doesn’t matter as long as it’s reliable.
I’ve tried a few like HideMyAss and ProxySite, but not sure if they’re still top tier. Heard good things about Luminati too, but it’s a bit pricey.
What are the best proxy server sites you’ve actually used and trust? Bonus points if they work well for streaming or bypassing geo-blocks.
Thanks in advance!
Yo! If you're after the best proxy server sites, I’ve been using NordVPN’s proxy feature for a while now.
It’s not just a VPN—they have dedicated proxies that are super fast and don’t log your stuff. Works great for streaming too, like Netflix and Hulu.
A bit pricey, but worth it if you want reliability. Also, check out Smartproxy—cheaper and solid for geo-blocks.
I feel you on the sketchy proxy struggle. HideMyAss is kinda outdated now imo.
For free options, ProtonVPN’s free tier is decent, but limited. Paid-wise, Luminati is overkill unless you’re doing heavy scraping.
Try GeoSurf—good mix of speed and privacy, and they’re transparent about logging.
Bro, forget free proxies—they’re all slow or shady.
For paid, I swear by Oxylabs. A bit technical to set up, but once it’s running, it’s lightning-fast and no logs.
Also, if you’re into streaming, Windscribe’s proxy servers are clutch for bypassing geo-blocks.
Honestly, most of the best proxy server sites aren’t free. But if you’re willing to pay, Bright Data (formerly Luminati) is top-tier.
They’ve got residential proxies that are crazy fast and work for streaming. A bit steep, but you get what you pay for.
For free, maybe try KProxy, but don’t expect miracles.
I’ve been down this rabbit hole too! ProxySite is hit or miss these days.
For reliability, I’d recommend IPRoyal. Their proxies are cheap and don’t log traffic.
Also, if you’re into gaming or streaming, Storm Proxies are solid—low latency and good speeds.
Wow, thanks for all the recs! NordVPN and Oxylabs sound legit—gonna test those first.
Quick Q: anyone tried using GeoSurf for torrenting? Heard mixed things.
Also, is Bright Data really worth the hype? The price tag’s making me hesitate lol. Appreciate the help!
If privacy’s your main concern, avoid free proxies like the plague.
I’ve had good luck with Soax—affordable and no logging. Plus, their customer support is actually helpful.
For streaming, though, you might need a VPN instead. ExpressVPN’s proxies are a good middle ground.
