Hey guys! So my school’s wifi has youtube blocked (ughhh). Tried a few "youtube unblock" tricks but some don’t work anymore.
Anyone got *working* methods rn?
- VPNs? Which ones still bypass?
- Proxy sites? Heard some are sketchy tho.
- Any other sneaky tricks?

I’ve been using Windscribe VPN (free version) and it still works for me.
Just pick a server that’s not too crowded. Sometimes the free ones get slow, but hey, it’s better than nothing!
Also, try the Tor browser if VPNs are blocked. It’s slow af but gets the job done.
ProtonVPN has a free tier that’s decent for youtube unblock.
No logs, so it’s safe-ish.

Paste the youtube link into translate and click the translated link.

The DNS trick didn’t do anything for me, but the Google Translate hack was kinda funny—it actually worked once lol.

If you’re on Chrome, check out the Hola extension.
It’s a peer-to-peer VPN, so it’s kinda sketchy long-term, but it works in a pinch for youtube unblock.
Just don’t leave it on all the time.
For safer options, stick with Windscribe or Proton.
Dude, try accessing YouTube via an IP address instead of the URL.
Google “youtube ip address” and use that.
Some filters only block domains, not IPs.
If that fails, UrbanVPN is another free option, but it’s kinda slow.
