omg same!! i got the "we limit activities try again later instagram for following" message last week, and i was so confused.
it’s def cuz u followed too many ppl too fast. i’d say wait like 12-24 hours, and it should go away.
also, i’ve heard using tools like Buffer can help, but tbh, i just stick to manual follows now. instagram’s limits are so random, it’s not worth risking it.
