Ugh, the "session expired facebook" thing is such a pain. Happened to me last week.
I found that disabling any VPN or proxy I was using fixed it. Facebook sometimes flags those as suspicious and logs you out.
If you’re not using one, maybe check your account settings for any suspicious activity? Could be a security thing.
