Socksdroid is great for bypassing geo-blocks, but yeah, the random disconnects are a headache. I’ve been using it with a custom DNS (Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1), and it’s been way more stable.
Also, make sure you’re using the latest version of socksdroid. The devs fixed a bunch of bugs in the recent update.
