Has anyone used ipip.net for IP geolocation? How accurate is it compared to other services?

ipip.net is solid, but I’ve found that it struggles a bit with mobile IPs. For mobile accuracy, I’d recommend trying out Neustar. They’re a bit pricier, but their data is top-notch.

As for updates, I think ipip.net updates quarterly? Not 100% sure though. Maybe someone else can confirm.
