Same boat here! Foxyproxy proxy has been super unreliable for me too. I switched to using Hola VPN’s extension, and it’s been working great. It’s not as customizable as foxyproxy, but it’s way more stable.
If you’re sticking with foxyproxy, maybe try disabling other extensions to see if there’s a conflict.
