Wow, thanks for all the replies, everyone! This has been super helpful. I didn’t realize how complicated tracking ip with phone number actually is. Sounds like it’s not something I should mess around with, especially since it’s pretty sketchy and illegal without permission.
I did try one of those reverse phone lookup sites just out of curiosity, and yeah, it didn’t give me anything useful. Just basic info like the carrier and location.
