Hey! I had the same issue with "why does my Facebook say session expired" last week. Turns out it was because I had two-factor authentication enabled, and my phone’s time was out of sync.
I fixed it by going to my phone settings and turning on automatic date & time. Maybe give that a shot? Also, check if your Facebook app is updated. Sometimes outdated apps cause these glitches.
