Anyone else getting 'Facebook saying session expired' error? How to fix it?

Hey everyone, thanks for all the suggestions! I tried resetting my password and logging in through my browser, but no luck yet.

I did check DownDetector, and it seems like Facebook is working fine for others. Maybe it’s just my account?

I’ll try the VPN and ad blocker tips next. Fingers crossed! If anyone else has more ideas, lmk. This is driving me crazy lol.
