Hey! I had the same issue last week, and it was driving me crazy. Turns out, it was my VPN causing the problem. Facebook doesn’t always play nice with VPNs, especially if the IP keeps changing.
If you’re using a VPN, try turning it off and see if the Facebook session keeps expiring issue stops. If you’re not using one, maybe check your internet settings? Sometimes a wonky connection can mess with sessions.
