This happened to me a while back, and it turned out to be a security setting. Facebook has this thing where it logs you out if it detects suspicious activity, even if it’s just a minor thing.
Go to Settings > Security and Login > Where You’re Logged In. Check if there are any unrecognized devices or locations. If not, maybe try enabling two-factor authentication. It’s a hassle, but it might stop the Facebook session keeps expiring problem.
