I’ve been dealing with this too, and it’s sooo annoying. I read on a tech forum that it could be related to your browser’s cookie settings.
Try going to your browser settings and make sure third-party cookies are allowed. Also, check if your browser is set to clear cookies when you close it—that could be why your Facebook session keeps expiring.
If all else fails, maybe try a different browser altogether. Chrome was giving me issues, but Firefox worked fine.
