Ugh, I feel your pain. My Facebook session keeps expiring too, and it’s so frustrating. I think it’s a bug on Facebook’s end because it started happening after their last update.
I’ve been using the mobile app instead of the browser, and it seems to work better. Not ideal, but at least I’m not getting logged out every 5 minutes.
You could also try reaching out to Facebook support, but good luck getting a response lol.
