Is Using a Proxy Server for Payment Gateway the Best Way to Enhance Security and Reliability?

I’ve been using a proxy server for payment gateway for about a year now, and it’s been a mixed bag. On one hand, it’s great for masking IPs and adding an extra layer of security. On the other, it did cause some latency issues initially. We switched to a better provider (like Akamai), and that fixed most of the speed problems. So yeah, it’s worth it if you invest in a good service.
