Why is my Instagram disabled due to data scraping, and what can I do?

Hey everyone!

I’m really frustrated because my Instagram is disabled due to data scraping, and I’m not sure what to do about it.

I was using some tools to gather data for a project, but it seems like Instagram flagged my account for it.

Has anyone else experienced this?

If so, what steps did you take to resolve the issue?

I want to get my account back, but I'm not sure how to proceed without getting banned again.
