Honestly, I’ve tried a bunch of iPhone proxy services, and most of them are hit or miss. I’ve had good luck with ProxySite though. It’s not an app, but you can use it in Safari, and it works surprisingly well. No ads, no lag, and it supports HTTPS.
Just don’t expect it to work with every app. It’s more for browsing and light stuff.
