Amazon map monitoring is a lifesaver when it works, but yeah, it can be glitchy. I’ve had it show the driver literally on my block, and then they’re suddenly 15 mins away.
I think it’s more about the driver’s GPS signal than the app itself. Still, it’s nice to have, especially when you’re waiting for something important.
