I’ve been using lunaproxy for a while now, and it’s been solid for scraping. Pyproxy.com seems decent too, but I haven’t tried it myself.
From what I’ve heard, pyproxy.com is better for smaller projects, while lunaproxy is more suited for heavy-duty tasks.
