Which Proxy Format Works Best for Your Use Case? Let’s Discuss!

Hey! I’ve been using proxies for scraping for a while now, and here’s my take:

- SOCKS5 is faster, but HTTP is easier to set up. If you’re scraping a lot of data, go for SOCKS5.
- Residential proxies are better for avoiding detection, but datacenter proxies are faster and cheaper.

I use a mix of both depending on the project. For residential proxies, I recommend GeoSurf. For datacenter, I’ve had good luck with Storm Proxies.

And yeah, it’s overwhelming at first, but you’ll get the hang of it. Just keep testing and tweaking!
