I was stuck on proxyempire vs pyproxy too, but I went with ProxyEmpire cuz of their geo-targeting. It’s been great for scraping.
PyProxy is cheaper, but I had some issues with downtime. If you’re scraping a lot, reliability matters more than saving a few bucks.
Also, their customer support is super responsive. I had a problem once, and they fixed it within hours.
