Yo, so I’ve been seeing a lot of talk about pokemon proxies lately, and I gotta say, it’s kinda sus. Like, are they even safe to use in competitive play? I mean, I get it—some people don’t wanna grind for hours to get that perfect IV shiny or whatever, but using pokemon proxies feels like walking a fine line, y’know?
Some folks swear by them, saying it’s just a shortcut and doesn’t hurt anyone. But others are like, “nah, that’s cheating, bro.” Personally, I’m torn. If the pokemon proxies are *technically* legal (stats, moves, etc.), does it even matter how they were made?
Still, I’d be lowkey nervous using them in a tournament. What if you get caught? Banhammer city, lol.
What do y’all think? Are pokemon proxies the future or just a fast track to getting clapped by the rules?
