Hey, I’ve been using kali linux proxychains for a while, and the unable to connect issue is usually proxy-related. I’d suggest using *free-proxy.cz* to grab some fresh proxies.
Also, check if your system’s DNS is conflicting. You can try setting a custom DNS like 1.1.1.1 in your network settings. And don’t forget to restart proxychains after making changes. Sometimes it’s the little things that get overlooked. Good luck!
