I’ve never used traffic bot .co, but I’ve heard it’s mostly bot traffic. If you’re okay with that, then maybe it’s worth a shot, but I’d be worried about getting penalized by Google.
For real traffic, I’d recommend using Pinterest or even Quora to drive visitors to your site. It’s free and way more effective in the long run.
