Are Nebula Proxy Links Still Reliable for Secure Browsing?

i’ve noticed the same thing with nebula proxy links. it’s been hit or miss lately.

i switched to private internet access (pia) and it’s been great. no random timeouts and it’s super secure.

if you’re looking for free options, hotspot shield is pretty good.
