I’ve been using proxyip for work, and my go-to is always checking the provider’s transparency report. If they’re not upfront about their policies, I don’t touch them.

I also use a tool like Wireshark to sniff out any weird traffic. And yeah, always use a VPN alongside proxyip. Better safe than sorry!
