Thanks for all the replies, everyone! Super helpful. I think I’ll start with socks proxy since a lot of you mentioned it’s better for gaming and more versatile.
I tried setting up a socks proxy using Proxifier, and it’s working pretty well so far. Still figuring out some settings, but it’s def smoother for gaming.
Quick question though—anyone know if socks proxy works better with specific VPNs? Or does it not really matter? Thanks again!
