Honestly, I’ve been using recaptcha v3 for a while now, and it’s been a mixed bag. The no-interaction thing is awesome for UX, but I’ve had a few legit users get flagged as bots. Super annoying.
I ended up tweaking the sensitivity settings a lot, and it’s better now. If you’re worried about false positives, maybe start with v2 and switch to v3 later? Also, tools like Cloudflare’s Turnstile are worth a look—less intrusive and works pretty well.
