yo, this happened to my friend too. instagram disabled due to data scraping is such a vague reason, like how are we supposed to know what we did wrong??
she ended up creating a new account and linking it to her old one through facebook. idk if that’ll work for you, but it’s worth a shot.
also, try emailing support@instagram.com. it’s hit or miss, but some people get lucky.
