For captchas, I use a VPN to switch IPs when they get annoying. Also, make sure you’re logged into your premium accounts (if you have any) in jdownloader—it reduces captchas big time.
Auto-extract is under Settings > Extensions > Archive Extractor. Enable it, and you’re golden.
