I’ve been using jarvee pro for Twitter, and it’s still working fine for me. IG, though? Nah, too risky. I’ve had two accounts flagged last month, so I stopped using it for IG completely.
For IG, I’d recommend trying out Kicksta or Growthoid. They’re more organic and don’t trigger bans as easily.
