Great guide! I just set up my web proxy enabled iPhone, and it’s been working pretty well.
One thing I’d add is to test your proxy setup using a site like WhatIsMyIPAddress.com to make sure it’s actually working. I thought mine was set up correctly, but it wasn’t masking my IP at first.
Also, StormProxies is a good option if you need rotating IPs.
