Yo, I was in the same boat a few months ago. Tried a bunch of services, but Bright Data (formerly Luminati) has been the most reliable for proxies 100 google docs. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s worth it if you need something that won’t crap out on you.
For avoiding flags, try using different user agents and IPs. It’s a bit of extra work, but it’s saved me a ton of headaches.
