I’ve had the same issue with proxy servers for Kickass. I started using TorGuard, and it’s been pretty solid. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s fast and doesn’t get blocked easily.
Also, always check if the proxy supports HTTPS. It’s a good way to avoid sketchy ones.
