What Doesn't Work Over Proxy Apps? Any Tips to Avoid Issues?

I’ve had similar issues with online gaming too! Every time I try to join a match in Call of Duty while using a proxy, I get lagged out and sometimes even banned. It’s so annoying when you just want to play with friends without any hiccups!
